How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap the app, and choose Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period, and we don't retain any card details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, and submit a refund request. If you still need help after contacting Apple, email us and we'll do what we can to assist.
The app is crashing or behaving strangely. What do I do?
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it, then check the App Store to make sure you're on the latest version. If the issue continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened — screenshots or a screen recording help us fix it faster.
Is my data secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption at rest. We never sell your personal information. You can review the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can request full account deletion from inside the app, or by emailing us at
appstudio@kgen.io with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request". Identifiable personal data is removed within 30 days.
How accurate are the AI skin scores and ingredient verdicts?
Radiate's AI surfaces general cosmetic guidance drawn from peer-reviewed research and ingredient safety databases — every analysis links back to the sources it used. It is not a medical diagnosis. For medical concerns, always consult a licensed dermatologist.
Where do the references and sources come from?
Our AI draws on PubMed / NCBI, the American Academy of Dermatology, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review panel, EWG Skin Deep, INCI Decoder, and the FDA's cosmetics guidance. You can view the full list in-app under Settings → References & sources.
How do I delete my selfies and skin data?
Open the app, tap the gear icon in the Reminders tab to enter Settings, then tap "Delete all my data". This permanently removes every scanned product, journal entry, selfie, reminder, and uploaded image — both on your device and from our servers. You can also email us to request deletion.
What's included with the free version vs. the premium subscription?
The free version gives you a limited number of scans and skin analyses so you can try Radiate. The premium subscription unlocks unlimited product scans, unlimited skin journal entries, full period reports, and smart AI-generated reminders. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID subscriptions.
