We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Radiate account and all associated data — including facial images and skin data — by following the steps below.
Launch the app on your device.
Tap the settings icon to open the Settings screen.
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your request.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at appstudio@kgen.io with the subject line "Radiate Account Deletion Request".

Retention period: All identifiable personal data, including facial images and skin health data, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes.
