We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Unveil data and all associated information — including facial images and skin data — by following the steps below.
Launch the app on your device.
Tap the settings icon to open the Settings screen.
Tap "Delete All Data" and confirm your request. This will remove all your data from both your device and our cloud storage.
Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing us at appstudio@kgen.io with the subject line "Unveil Data Deletion Request".

Retention period: All identifiable personal data, including facial images and skin health data, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request from both local storage and cloud infrastructure.
