1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rizz Doctor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kratos Studios Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rizz Doctor is an AI-powered dating conversation assistant that helps users craft better messages for dating apps. Features include Reply Ideas (AI-generated response suggestions), Improve Texts (tone-based message enhancement), Decode Texts (emotion and intent analysis), Dating Hub (bio and prompt generation), and Love Coach (personalized dating advice).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The App is designed for adult users engaging in dating activities.

4. Account and Authentication

The App may create an anonymous account for you upon first use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: The App offers limited free access to certain features.
• Premium Plans: Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited access and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate messages intended to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate others
• Create deceptive or manipulative content designed to mislead others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload screenshots containing content involving minors
• Attempt to bypass usage restrictions or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the App
• Use the App to develop competing products or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI outputs are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for the messages you send to others.
• We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be appropriate for every situation or person.
• The App does not provide professional relationship counseling or psychological advice.
• AI models are provided by third-party services, and their availability may change without notice.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated suggestions in conversations with others.

8. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the messages, screenshots, and conversation data you submit through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content: When you upload screenshots of conversations with others, you represent that you have the right to share that content for analysis purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws regarding the sharing of private communications.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Kratos Studios Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated suggestions or advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KRATOS STUDIOS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kratos Studios Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
