Rizz Doctor ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Rizz Doctor is an AI-powered dating conversation assistant that helps you generate reply ideas, improve your texts, decode message sentiment, create dating bios, and get personalized dating advice through an AI Love Coach.
We do not collect location data, contacts, camera or microphone access, phone numbers, email addresses (unless provided for support), browsing history, bank credentials, or credit card numbers. We do not read or access your actual dating app messages — only content you manually input or screenshot.
Important: Your conversations, person profiles, AI-generated context summaries, and draft messages are stored exclusively on your device using a local database (Hive). This data is never synced to our servers or any cloud service. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.

AI Providers: Your conversation text, screenshots, and person context are shared with AI providers to generate responses. This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We Do Not Store Your Conversations on Our Servers: Conversation data lives only on your device. AI providers receive your messages for processing but we do not retain copies on our infrastructure.
Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or property, to prevent fraud, or to ensure user safety.
Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Since conversation data is stored exclusively on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your identifier, contact us at the email below.
Delete Conversations: You can delete individual conversations and person profiles directly within the app at any time.
Delete All Data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
Analytics Opt-Out: You may uninstall the app to cease all analytics data collection.
Screenshot Access: The app only accesses photos you explicitly select through the image picker. It does not access your photo gallery in the background.
CCPA Rights (California Residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
GDPR Rights (EEA Residents): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
Rizz Doctor is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, when sent to AI providers and analytics services.
